TWINS: Newborn Photography by Courtney Tompson

I am the oldest grandchild on both sides of my family. I’ve always been the designated child that holds the new baby in the ALL grandchildren photo at Easter, Christmas, etc. At the age of about 11 or 12 I started babysitting my younger cousins, along with tutoring them, as well as doing all my A+ tutoring hours. I guess you could say I’m familar with kids. Not only am I familiar, but I absolutely love them. While I myself am far from a time of having any children of my own, I do love when I get to swoon over newborns and take their picture.

So may I introduce to you, the two cutest new additions to the Schultz family, Addison & Olivia! TWINS!!!!!! (By the way their dog is not that impressed)

Taking pictures of newborns can be a tough job. They have their own schedule. A newborn isn’t thinking about how much they will cherish these images down the road. “No!” A newborn just cares that you are disrupting their sleep and moving them in awkward positions. So take all of that X’s two, and that’s how easy it is to work with twins. So while one of the twins was being a little fussy we got the one that was sleepy and curly and then vice versa!

Above is sweet Olivia and below is darling Addison!

Now this wide-eyed beauty is Olivia! She finally decided to cooperate, and we adorned her with another hat courtesy of grandma! Don’t you just love wide-eyed little babys and grandmas! I do!!!Newborn Photography by Courtney Tompson PhotographyNewborn Photography by Courtney Tompson PhotographyNewborn Photography by Courtney Tompson Photography

So sleepy and peaceful! A perfect way to end this blog post! Addison and Olivia I had so much fun spending the afternoon with you and your new parents, minus being peed on a few times (hey, it happens with newborn photography), it was a blast!
